Richard Pengelly has joined the board of directors of the Space Coast Health Foundation.
Richard leads PFM Asset Management’s business in the southeastern United States, overseeing a broad range of investment advisory and portfolio management services for institutional investors including public sector, nonprofit, and corporate entities.
Richard has nearly three decades of experience providing investment and financial management expertise to institutions nationwide. He is a frequent speaker and instructor on government investment best practices for several industry organizations.
Prior to joining PFM Asset Management, Richard was head of municipal structuring for the Jefferies Municipal Securities Group, where his primary focus was developing interest rate derivative strategies for municipalities. Richard previously also worked in interest rate derivative structuring and sales for DEPFA Bank and Rice Financial Products.
Richard graduated from Harvard University with a degree in physics. He holds several designations including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
Richard also recently joined the board of trustees for the Orlando Museum of Art and serves on the board of directors for the Education Foundation of Osceola County. He actively volunteers in the community including the Valencia College Horizon Scholars Program, the CFA Society of Orlando, and the Harvard Club of Central Florida.
